When submitting creative, please send the following items:

  • Social Images or Videos (select one or the other)
  • Primary Text
  • Headline
  • Destination URL

Images

  • Images: Providing multiple types of imagery maintains creative diversity and effectively engages a broader audience.
    • Square: 1080px x 1080px 
    • Mobile: 1080px x 1920px or 1080px x 1350px
    • Horizontal: 1080px x 566px or 1920px x 1080px
  • File Formats: .jpg, .png 
  • Max File Size: 20MB 
  • Destination URL: One target URL
  • Primary Text: Providing 2–3 different pieces of text to maintains freshness.
  • Headline Text: 150 characters or less (including spaces).
  • Target Audience: Describe your intended audience.

Videos

  • Videos: Providing multiple types of video files maintains creative diversity and effectively engages a broader audience.
    • Square: 1080px x 1080px 
    • Mobile: 1080px x 1920px or 1080px x 1350px
    • Horizontal: 1080px x 566px or 1920px x 1080px

BEST PRACTICES

Image Aspect Ratio Considerations:

  • Most people hold their phones vertically, so you’ll cover more of their screen if you provide vertical or square aspect ratio. 
  • Video Content – ads with movement can stand out in their Feed. 

Primary Text Copy: 

  • Keep text short, clear, and concise to effectively convey your message, recognizing that social media users tend to scan through text quickly. 
  • Incorporate your target audience’s job title in the copy.
    • This approach has proven to improve click-through rates and reduce ‘curiosity clicks’ on social ads. 

Headlines Copy:

  • Ensure clarity and encourage higher engagement. 
  • Note that anything over 100 characters could be shortened on desktop.
