Abstract: 100-150 Words. Be specific to attract relevant registrants and to reach your target audience. Include: topics covered, who should attend, benefits of attending. Bulleted lists work well.

Promotional Copy: 200 characters or less of text; basic copy for promotions

Speaker Information: Name, title, email, headshot, and brief bios (~50-80 words) of presenter(s)

Company Logo: Colored and white version with transparent backgrounds. High resolution preferred (.eps, .psd, or .png).

Lobby Specs

Please see below for webinar lobby specs.  These materials are highly encouraged to increase engagement before, during, and after your webinar.  Please reach out to your Marketing Programs Specialist for any questions regarding the specs or functionality of the lobby.  Note, the lobby is not included for webinars run through Zoom.

Lobby Options: A video, a linkable image, an additional handouts section, and a pop-up survey. If yes to any of those, find them below: 

Videos: 

  • Header text (max 25 characters with spaces) 
  • MP4 video (recommended size: 250 MB, <10 MB for performance) 
  • Video thumbnail image (800px x 450px) 
  • Autoplay options: Never, First Time, or Always 
    • If Autoplay is Yes: Audio On or Audio Off 

Images: 

  • Header text (max 25 characters with spaces) 
  • Image (must fit within 800px x 450px) 
  • URL to open in new window
