Submitting Creative Materials

Materials Due Date: Creative is due 2 Mondays before the ad goes live (ex: if the ad begins the week of January 22nd, creative is due by Monday, January 8th).

FACEBOOK

Image with Link

Image ratio: 1.91:1 to 1.1

Recommended resolution: at least 1080 x 1080px

Text: 125 characters

Images with more than 20% text may experience reduced performance

Video 

Video ratio: 9:16 to 16:9

File size: 4GB Max

H.264 video compression, high profile preferred, square pixels, fixed frame rate, progressive scan

Text: 125 characters

Vertical videos with ratio taller than 4:5 may be masked to 4:5 

TWITTER

Image

Image size: 800 x 418 pixels for 1.91:1 aspect ratio, 800 x 800 pixels for 1:1 aspect ratio (max 3MB)

Aspect ratio: 1.91:1 or 1:1

File size: Max 20MB

File types: PNG and JPEG are recommended. We do not accept BMP or TIFF files

Video

File size: Twitter recommends files under 1GB. For optimal performance we strongly recommend keeping files under 30 MB.

Video length: 15 seconds or less. Up to 2:20 supported for website click campaigns.

Recommended Size: 1200 x 1200

1:1 is recommended as it will always render as square on desktop and mobile, timeline, and profile.

9:16 (vertical) will take up same amount.

LINKEDIN

Image Feed Posts

File Type: jpg or png

File Size: 5 MB

Image Ratio:

  • 1.91:1 (horizontal, desktop and mobile) 
  • 1:1 (square, desktop and mobile)
  • 1:1.91 (vertical, mobile only)

Video Feed Post

Name this ad (optional): Use up to 255 characters to name your video ad.

Introductory text (optional): Use up to 600 characters for your intro text.

Length: Three seconds to 30 minutes

(Tip: most successful video ads are less than 15 seconds long)

File size: Between 75 KB and 200 MB

File format: MP4

Codec format: H.264 or VP8

Frame rate: Less than 30 FPS (frames per second)

Pixel and aspect ratio requirements:

  • Videos must meet height and width specifications, as well as aspect ratio specifications. You can calculate an aspect ratio by dividing the video width by height.

Example video sizes include:

  • Horizontal: 1920 x 1080
  • Horizontal: 1200 x 675
  • Vertical: 720 x 920
INSTAGRAM

Image & Video Feed Posts

File type: jpg or png

Aspect ratio range: between 4:5 and 1.91:1

Captions will be truncated after 125 characters 

Links: Must be added in Link.in.bio (Later.com) unless boosted

Video Lengths:

  • Feed: 59 seconds or less
  • IGTV: 60 seconds or more

IG Stories

1080 x 1920 px

Image ratio: 9:16 and 16:9 to 4:5

Consider leaving roughly 14% (250 pixels) of the top and bottom of the image free from text, logos, or other key creative elements to avoid covering them with the profile icon or call-to-action.
